What to Expect:
|
- Arrive for your appointment a few minutes early. You will be asked to fill out a form including a brief health history.
- Depending on the method of bodywork, your therapist may ask you to dress down to your level of comfort. If so, your therapist will use full draping techniques to keep you modest at all times.
- If you have recently been in a motor vehicle or other type of accident, your auto insurance may cover your charges with a prescription from your doctor or chiropractor. Check with your carrier for details.
- If you are unable to make your appointment or need to cancel, call to notify your therapist a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- A fee of 50% is charged for late cancellations and missed sessions.
- Payment is to be made at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
- Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Community Hero Card.
